WEST GIRLS LACROSSE REFUND POLICY
 

 

West Girls Lacrosse has a generous refund policy that serves both the Members as well as the Organization’s best interest.  While it is impossible to foresee all life events, Automatic Refunds will be processed upon written requests received no later than the end of day two weeks (14 days) prior to the official start of the season, as defined by the first day of player evaluations.  In the case of a Clinic or other fee based programming, the Automatic Refund period will be 14 days prior to the date of the event.
 
Refunds are calculated as follows:

  • Registration Fee Less:
    • 15% for processing and administrative expenses (this is based on the full registration fee, even if only a partial payment has been made)
    • The cost of the uniform
      • Uniforms will be available for pick-up upon League receipt at the Member’s own cost and schedule.  No delivery will be provided.

 
Exceptions to the Policy may be requested by the Member after the Automatic Refund termination date.  Special Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis and are specifically available for major issues such as a significant injury precluding participation.  These Special Refunds are at the sole discretion of the WGL Board and may include any and all portions of the Member’s Registration Fee, but in no case will it exceed 85% of the fees paid. 
 
All refund requests (for both Automatic and Special Refunds) should be sent to the WGL Treasurer at Treasurer@WestGirlsLax .  The date received by WGL will govern the applicable policy.  Please allow up to 14 days for the processing of any refunds.
